UX includes all impressions a user experiences when using an interactive product, while UI includes the space where the man-machine interaction takes place. As we may see, these notions are very similar and require a very strong cooperation between designers in practice. Here in DCG, it is important for us that our UX and UI designers are specialists not only in their field, but also that they are able to see a given aspect from a different perspective. When choosing UI designers, we put great emphasis on such characteristics as: creativity, feeling for taste, patience. In the case of UX designers, the distinguishing features will include: empathy, analytic thinking as well as a critical approach. Our designers have great experience in their fields which with the great variety of technology that may be used, results in the fact that they know best which technologies to use within a given project.
