NGP Ops Coordinator / BA

Responsibilities:

• Re-activate blocked orders - these tasks are pretty repetitive, the only differences being the contact parties that have to be reached out, which vary by market
• Checking the exception reports every day
• Contacting the right party to get orders unblocked
• Resending orders when needed
• Extracting patterns out of the orders that went wrong
• Proposing ideas on how to avoid blocked orders
• Proposing ideas on how to automate the resolution
• Defining scope and requirements for developers (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Analytical mindset (ability to extract patterns from data and propose optimizations)
• Some degree of technical skills (can be trained)
• Some degree of understanding of code (for triggering re-exporting)
• Communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• English level: B2, C1
• No coding experience is needed
• Knowledge of SAP, Commercetools, MS Excel, PowerBI
• Some experience in similar position
