Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Initiate, plan, and execute projects, identifying key milestones and managing critical paths to ensure timely delivery
• Risk Identification: Recognize project risks impacting deliverables and follow through with mitigation and resolution
• Monitoring and Compliance: Track project progress, ensuring adherence to company's project management standards, tools, and processes
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders, producing necessary metrics and reports for various risk groups

Requirements:

• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and associated techniques
• Proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and establish effective relationships at all organizational levels, with skills in meeting management, presentations, and influence
• Understanding of enterprise IT architecture, including Telephony/Voice, Data Networks, Storage/Servers for Distributed Systems, End-User Computing (VDI), Cloud (PaaS, SaaS), as well as familiarity with Databases, Middleware systems, and Operating Systems
• Acknowledges and respects diversity within the workplace, leveraging different perspectives to enhance decision-making and organizational success
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
