Technical Business Analyst / System Integration Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements
• Analyze existing documentation and systems to identify gaps and opportunities
• Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with cross-functional teams
• Document functional and non-functional requirements using appropriate methodologies
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and system designs
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax
• Produce UML diagrams and BPMN process models for system and business process documentation
• Manage documentation updates and version control using GitHub or equivalent tools
• Design REST APIs in line with best practices and organizational standards
• Create data models and database schemas aligned with business requirements
• Develop system architecture diagrams and technical specifications
• Design integration patterns and data flow diagrams
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to validate requirements, review designs, and gather feedback
• Coordinate daily with developers, architects, and technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and design sessions
• Present findings and recommendations to various stakeholder groups
• Ensure all deliverables comply with internal Requirements & Analysis standards
• Review and validate requirements against organizational methodologies and frameworks
• Perform quality checks on documentation and design artifacts
• Maintain compliance with data governance and data management policies
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or similar roles
• Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
• Solid understanding of REST API principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable APIs
• Proficiency in data modelling, including logical and physical models and entity relationships
• Understanding of data governance, data quality standards, data lineage, and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of data lifecycle management, data integration, and data architecture principles
• Hands-on experience with BPMN for process modelling and UML for system design and documentation
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles
• Experience working in cross-functional environments

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Gherkin syntax for writing acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with version control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
