Position: Site Manager

Job location: Lund, Szwecja

Site Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of technical documentation
  • Organizing the course of construction works
  • Managing the work of the team (teams) and supervising ongoing works
  • Conducting settlements of work, materials, equipment and machinery
  • Organizing the work of subcontractors on the construction site
  • Conducting current and qualitative-quantitative acceptance of works

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the position of Site Manager
  • Construction permits to manage works in the construction specialty without restrictions
  • Higher education in construction
  • English language skills min. B2

Nice to have:

  • Valid driving license cat. B
