Senior UX designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX design processes, from research and concept development to prototyping and final delivery, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
• Organize and lead design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and conceptual discussions with stakeholders, including business owners, clients, and design teams, to define project scope and objectives
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to build enterprise and SaaS products, ensuring seamless integration of design elements into product development
• Identify, analyze, and solve complex design problems by aligning user value with business objectives, using data and user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions
• Develop and maintain a strong UX portfolio that highlights your design process, thought leadership, and final outcomes, particularly in enterprise and SaaS environments
• Act as a mentor within the design team, promoting continuous learning and knowledge sharing to foster growth and improvement for individual designers and the team as a whole
• Participate in client meetings to present design concepts, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between client expectations and design direction

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a User Experience Designer or Product Designer
• Able to communicate in English (C1+) and Polish (C1+)
• Able to name, organize and solve design problems based on user value and business objectives
• Experienced leading design workshops and conceptual work with the business owner, client teams, and design team
• You know that continuous learning and knowledge sharing is a way for you to grow and improve
• Able and willing to travel for meetings with clients (DACH) and to offices in Poland (Wroclaw, Gdansk, Rzeszow, Warsaw)
• Experienced in building enterprise and SaaS products
• Skilled in collaborating effectively with other designers in a team environment
• Strong UX portfolio featuring detailed case studies that showcase your design process and outcomes
