Senior Product Owner with Security Background

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and security teams to define and deliver product features that enhance the organization's cybersecurity capabilities
• Drive the development lifecycle - from discovery and requirements gathering, through prioritization and planning, to delivery and validation
• Facilitate user research and feedback loops to understand user needs and continuously improve product usability and effectiveness
• Translate business and security requirements into clear, actionable stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Oversee delivery progress by tracking product metrics, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely releases
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity principles such as least privilege, zero trust, and secure software development practices
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, communicate progress, and ensure transparency throughout the product lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency, product quality, and team collaboration

Requirements:

• Experience with product ownership and applying a strong product mindset to drive value delivery
• Experience with conducting user research and translating insights into actionable product decisions
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and best practices
• Experience with discovery and framing activities
• Experience in planning, prioritization, and managing product backlogs across multiple stakeholders
• Experience with user testing and validation
• Experience in preparing and maintaining product reports, metrics, and documentation for stakeholders
• Proficiency in English – at least B2 level (both spoken and written)
