Senior Product Control Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Leverage deep industry knowledge to develop new techniques and enhance workflows within the Finance department
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in finance, providing valuable insights and guidance to stakeholders
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex issues, carefully evaluating data to make informed decisions in potentially conflicting situations
• Manage and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accurate analysis and reporting
• Operate with a high level of autonomy, demonstrating independence in judgment and decision-making
• Serve as a trusted SME to senior stakeholders and team members, offering expertise and support
• Prioritize risk assessment in business decisions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and safeguarding the firm's reputation, clients, and assets. Ensure transparent management of control issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial data analysis, reporting, and control
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and reviewing financial reports for senior management
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial records
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present data-driven insights
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to operate independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
