Senior IT Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end requirements management across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and developers
• Work with backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support delivery teams
• Support solution design by analyzing systems, integrations, and data flows
• Facilitate discussions, drive alignment, and support decision-making processes
• Document requirements, data flows, and system interactions in a clear and structured way
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis practices and ways of working

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an IT Analyst in complex IT environments
• Advanced, hands-on experience in end-to-end requirements management across complex IT initiatives
• Proven experience working as a Senior IT Analyst in multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear and testable requirements for development and QA teams
• Experience working with backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience with structured analysis techniques such as BPMN and UML
• Experience working with system integrations (APIs, messaging, data flows)
• Ability to analyze and document data flows, data models, and system interactions
• Experience working in large-scale, regulated environments (e.g. banking, finance, risk, credit)
• Experience working with requirements and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence or similar)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken), enabling effective work in an international environment
• Experience working in Agile environments (e.g. SAFe)
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and accountability
