Senior Financial Controlling Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide key financial data and analysis to support financial management and process optimization across the organization
• Participate in budgeting and strategic planning processes
• Monitor financial performance and analyze variances
• Participate in monthly financial closing processes
• Prepare regular reports, financial analyses and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Prepare financial forecasts and estimates
• Support external audit processes
• Support management in strategic decision-making
• Contribute to the development of controlling tools and reporting solutions
• Support the implementation of internal standards and procedures and monitor compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Controlling Specialist or in a similar role
• Advanced Excel skills, including automation and process optimization tools such as macros and Power Query
• Experience in creating dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio or MicroStrategy
• Experience in analyzing business processes, identifying key components and defining KPIs across different areas of the organization
• Good knowledge of accounting principles
• English at minimum B1 level, preferably B2
• Czech at C2 or native speaker level
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
