Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Backlog creating and decomposing
• Analysis of business processes and translating them into system requirements
• Gathering and clarifying requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Creating and maintaining the backlog (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Conducting refinements with the development and UX team
• Identifying dependencies, risks, and information gaps in requirements
• Collaborating in solution design and verifying implementation
• Ensuring requirements readiness for sprints

Requirements:

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written (min. B2)
• Experience in the role of Business Analyst in IT projects
• Practical knowledge of working in Agile and with a backlog
• Ability to cooperate with technical teams and business
• Analytical thinking and good work organization
