Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough business analysis and documentation of requirements
• Lead tasks and responsibilities associated with planning, directing, coordinating, and supporting CO deliverables under the Credit Risk Data and Technology Team
• Effectively manage tasks and responsibilities without direct management oversight
• Support the Credit Risk Data & Technology (D&T) Team in alignment with CDGP Policy activities, including but not limited to:
  
  • Analyzing current controls across all 14+ modules within Risk Credit
  • Identifying and establishing data ownership with Business/Risk contacts
  • Collaborating with Technology and data governance teams to assess the current state of Risk Credit
  • Documenting all identified gaps and creating a comprehensive remediation plan for all modules in scope
  • Capturing requirements for embedding the required controls into the BAU process, including requirements intake and general implementation considerations

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or project management (ideally within international banks)
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, risk, business, and technology teams
• Ability to develop and present business cases
• Previous experience with reporting tools
• Experience in creating remediation plans and possessing project management skills
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
