Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating meetings for the scrum team
• Holding retrospectives
• Coaching team members, mediating through conflicts, helping the team to make decisions, fostering the developer team's self-organisation, mediating the general conflict of goals between development team (high technical quality) and product owner (more features)
• Facilitating agile team learning process
• Helping to write or split user stories, to write or adapt product visions, to order product backlog items, the release planning
• Facilitating open communication between the scrum team and other stakeholders
• Supporting the team in getting rid of impediments
• Supporting product owner in optimization of product backlog
• Improving engineering processes
• Safeguarding, monitoring and improving the method of teamwork
• Leading the adoption of scrum for stakeholders
• Implementing changes to increase team's productivity
• Supporting the team in effective use of scrum logs, metrics, charts etc

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
• Bachelor's degree
• English level: B2 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
• At least 1 certification among: Scrum Master certification or an equivalent certification recognized internationally
• Strong knowledge of Scrum rules, techniques and practices
• Hands-on experience in Scrum management, up to the number of years required for the profile under "minimum experience at similar position"
• Expert in estimating and planning iterative and incremental software development
• Knowledge of other agile approaches such as Kanban, XP, etc
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience as a team lead
• Experienced expert in Scrum team ceremonies, able to provide examples from own projects
• Introduced at least 3 improvements in team organization in the last 12 months
• Demonstrates involvement in the business context and goals of Scrum tasks
