Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement business solutions using Salesforce (Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud)
• Work hands-on with Vlocity / Revenue Cloud components
• Configure and develop EPC, ESM, and BRE functionalities
• Participate in the full development lifecycle in an Agile environment
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
• Enhance and reshape an existing solution to deliver real business value
• Work on EPC, order management integrations, ESM setup, and OmniScript refinements
• Develop new functionalities, including custom solutions using Apex
• Apply best practices and contribute to defining new ones
• Take a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and solution design

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Communications Cloud / Vlocity / Revenue Cloud
• Experience with EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)
• Experience with ESM (Enterprise Service Management)
• Experience with BRE (Business Rules Engine)
• Telco industry knowledge
• Understanding of Business Process Framework (eTOM)
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Certifications in the area, e.g.: Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer, Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer, Communications Cloud Accredited Professional
