SAFe Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies and ensure Agile principles are followed
• Collaborate with Product Owners and other key stakeholders to drive alignment
• Identify and remove impediments to Agile development
• Coach teams and individuals to enhance their Agile maturity and performance
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability

Requirements:

• SAFe certification (mandatory)
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with SAFe
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Expertise with Agile tools, such as JIRA
• Experience in managing complex team dynamics in a Scaled Agile environment
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
• Experience with Hive SQL (SPARK) queries and SCALA

Nice to have:

• Other Scrum certifications 
• Shell scripting experience
• Experience with Cloudera distribution (Oozie)
• Basic knowledge of Elasticsearch
• Experience with Quantexa
• Familiarity with tools like IntelliJ, Zeppelin, Bamboo, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory, Kafka
