Project Manager – HPE NonStop / Infrastructure Migration

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the HPE NonStop backup and migration project
• Define and drive solution design, installation, and configuration activities
• Plan and coordinate cross-region data migration and ensure data integrity
• Establish and validate restore capabilities through testing in a dedicated environment
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholders across technical and business teams
• Ensure minimal service disruption through structured change and release management
• Translate technical performance and risks into clear, executive-level communication
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams in a multi-vendor environment

Requirements:

• 7+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years working with HPE NonStop or similar mission-critical platforms
• Proven experience managing projects within the HPE NonStop ecosystem (hardware refresh, OS migration)
• Strong knowledge of core NonStop components such as Pathway (TS/MP), TMF, OSS, and CLIM connectivity
• Experience with data migration, database management, and ensuring data integrity across regions
• Solid background in Change Management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR) and ITIL Change Control
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting
• Ability to translate technical metrics into risk-based insights
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) with experience working in international environments

Nice to have:

• Understanding of NonStop security frameworks (e.g. XYPRO, Safeguard)
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS, SOX, and DORA
• Experience working in highly regulated financial services environments
