Project Assistant– SSO Application Onboarding

Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end ownership of the SSO Application Onboarding track
• Plan, coordinate and drive delivery activities across involved teams
• Ensure appropriate governance and adherence to agreed processes and standards
• Align stakeholders and coordinate activities between DevOps, onboarding teams and other relevant parties
• Monitor progress, dependencies, risks and issues, and drive mitigation actions
• Ensure timely escalation of delivery risks and blockers
• Support preparation of senior management reports, status updates and decision-making materials
• Drive change management activities and ensure effective communication across stakeholders
• Maintain a structured and transparent approach to execution and delivery

Requirements:

• Proven Project Management experience within large-scale IT environments, preferably in banking or financial services
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or similar Identity & Access Management solutions
• Practical experience with Jira
• Strong executive reporting and senior management communication skills
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies and governance requirements
• Structured, proactive and delivery-focused mindset
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
