Principal FullStack Developer (React + Node.js)

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices and secure API architectures to support next-generation dental practice management solutions

Build and maintain intuitive, high-performance full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and modern frameworks like NestJS

Architect and implement event-driven systems and ensure seamless communication between microservices using tools such as Kafka

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to deliver innovative solutions while adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)

Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using technologies like Kubernetes and Docker

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and automated deployment workflows

Drive technical excellence by contributing to system design, code reviews, and best practices for JavaScript and TypeScript development

Mentor and guide team members on complex engineering challenges and architectural decisions

Ensure secure development practices, including API security and data compliance

Stay updated on the latest advancements in technology and proactively integrate them to improve solutions

 

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in creating web solutions
• 4+ years of experience in backend technologies (Node.js)
• 4+ years of experience with React
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, NestJS and PostgreSQL
• Strong background in system design, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with secure API design, HIPAA, or other regulatory frameworks is beneficial
• CI/CD: Proficiency in designing and maintaining automated deployment pipelines
• Principal-Level Experience: Proven success leading large-scale, complex engineering initiatives
• English level: C1
