Position: Navision Support Engineer

Job location: 100% remote

Navision Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and register about user queries (I line of technical support)
  • Troubleshooting issues related to the operation of Navision and the IT infrastructure
  • Operate the Navision related requests via JIRA HelpCenter and over the phone
  • Ensuring timely resolution of requests in accordance with SLA

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Navision area (technical user, administrator and develop)
  • Experience in the I, II second line of technical support specialist area
  • Fluent communication in English language

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Knowledge of programming languages (min. 1 of the following): C/AL., AL
