Junior Client Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Process client-related transactions in a professional and timely manner
• Handle internal and external payment requests, trade execution, and other banking transactions
• Work across the bank's internal systems to execute and monitor transactions
• Support a high standard of service quality for internal stakeholders and clients
• Follow regulatory, compliance, AML, and internal policy requirements
• Identify and escalate potentially illegal, suspicious, or improper transactions
• Comply with control procedures and operational risk requirements
• Work closely with Associate Bankers, Client Service Officers, and Client Account Officers
• Cooperate with initiating and booking center locations
• Respond promptly to requests and help resolve transaction-related issues

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in banking, payments, middle office, transitions, or operations
• Good understanding of transaction processing in a financial services environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage several requests at the same time
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Ability to follow procedures, policies, and compliance requirements

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of investments, banking products, or credit products
• Experience working with internal banking systems
• Additional language skills
• University degree or equivalent professional experience
