Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain retail platform applications
• Design and implement scalable microservices
• Build and consume RESTful APIs
• Ensure secure authentication and authorization with Spring Security
• Manage database interactions using JPA and Hibernate
• Write and maintain unit tests (JUnit, TestNG, Spock)
• Optimize and deploy applications on Azure (AKS, DevOps)
• Utilize containerization tools for efficient deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
• Proficiency in Java, including object-oriented principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Deep understanding of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security
• Experience in designing and consuming RESTful web services
• Expertise in Java Persistence API (JPA) and Hibernate for database interactions
• Knowledge of building and managing microservices
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven and Gradle
• Proficiency in writing unit tests using JUnit, TestNG or Spock
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools
• Understanding of Azure services like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps
• Experience in deploying and managing applications on Azure
• English level: B2, C1
• Knowledge of setting up continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions - nice to have 
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra - nice to have 
• Understanding of security best practices, including OAuth2, JWT, and secure coding standards - nice to have 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - nice to have 
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams - nice to have
