I would describe the year 2021 in the IT industry as a new, post-covid reality. After such an important event, both globally and locally, the COVID-19 pandemic that we experienced in 2020, 2021 was to bring the expected stabilization. But did it? While the number of projects and open positions in companies returned to the pre-pandemic state, and we even reported an increase in the demand for specialists. The way we search for employees has changed irreversibly.
