Infrastructure Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct introspective reviews of Command Center operating procedures, daily support practices, and major incident support processes
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the leadership team to drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence
• Collaborate with Tier II, Tier III, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Engineering teams to ensure that Command Center support services adhere to best practices
• Identify and drive operational efficiencies using a wide range of tools available within Command Center Operations
• Maintain awareness of all Command Center workflows and identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization
• Provide input to management on automation enhancements and improvements to streamline processes
• Analyze and critically evaluate current business practices to help develop strategies for future operational goals
• Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Command Center

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of a professional experience in a similar position
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience in reviewing and optimizing operational procedures
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Command Center operations and tools
• Ability to identify and drive operational efficiencies
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
