ETL Specialist with Python and Tableau

Responsibilities:

• Actively support and implement changes aimed at advancing the organization’s analytical capabilities
• Manage large data sets and ensure precise analysis to optimize services
• Collaborate with other teams across the organization to achieve tasks and deliver impactful changes
• Innovatively approach technical problem-solving and seek new ways to optimize processes
• Be responsible for introducing and sustaining changes within the organization in a sustainable manner
• Report to the SMDA lead and work closely to achieve the team’s objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of a professional experience
• Strong expertise in Python programming, including building and optimizing ETL processes, data manipulation, and integration with various data sources and APIs
• Proven track record in automating data processes and workflows using Python, SQL, and other relevant tools
• Proficiency in using Tableau for data visualization, including creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Ability to connect Tableau with various data sources and provide insights through visual analytics
• Solid experience in performing statistical analysis using Python, Excel, or other statistical tools. Familiarity with statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and model validation to support data-driven decision-making
• Expertise in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and optimization
• High-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization techniques. Ability to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
