Electrical Engineering Lead

Responsibilities:

• Verify Engineering Change Requests
• Implement technical changes via the Engineering Change Management process in collaboration with global cross-functional teams
• Create and update product technical documentation
• Support the Quality department in technical analysis for Nonconformance Reports (NCR)
• Assist the Supply Chain in finding alternative components
• Resolve external customer issues
• Coordinate and implement changes in the Bill of Materials
• Evaluate project risks
• Assign and prioritize tasks within the project
• Provide technical expertise
• Prepare and present progress reports

Requirements: 

• Electrical education or similar background
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication
• At least 5 years of experience in similar position
• Experience in leading changes in Engineering Change Management
• Experience in Product Life Cycle Management
• Collaborative approach
• Strong problem-solving attitude
• Project management experience
