Cybersecurity Project Manager (CSPM)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects effectively throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within approved scope, time, and quality constraints
  • Establish and maintain project controls to ensure milestones are achieved and project deliverables are completed on time and in line with business objectives
  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables through continuous monitoring and quality assurance activities
  • Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project risks, issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies throughout project execution
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Project Board and key stakeholders, providing regular updates and recommendations
  • Assign and oversee project tasks, authorize work packages, balance priorities and workloads, and motivate project team members to achieve project goals
  • Plan, coordinate, and control project delivery processes to ensure efficient execution and successful outcomes
  • Manage internal and external project communications to ensure effective information flow among stakeholders
  • Produce and maintain project management documentation, including project plans, schedules, logs, reports, and governance materials
  • Define and communicate roles, responsibilities, and accountability for all parties involved in project delivery
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports, project updates, presentations, and other written materials for management and stakeholders
  • Organize, facilitate, and lead project meetings, workshops, and status review sessions
  • Monitor project progress and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure project objectives are achieved
  • Support decision-making processes by providing accurate project information, analysis, and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, organizational standards, and governance requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant IT professional experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position
  • Minimum 7 level of education: Master's degree
  • English level: B2 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
  • Possession of at least 2 internationally recognized cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate, or accepted equivalent certifications
  • Possession of at least 2 internationally recognized Project and IT Service Management certifications, such as PM2 Advanced, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, ITIL Foundation, or accepted equivalent certifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, security controls, and risk management concepts
  • Knowledge of Defence-in-Depth and Zero-Trust security architectures
  • Knowledge of cyber-attack techniques, threat vectors, incident management, and cybersecurity risk management
  • Thorough understanding of IT and its alignment with business needs
  • In-depth understanding of legal and ethical aspects of cybersecurity
  • Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices based on ISO 27001 and NIST cybersecurity frameworks
  • Advanced project management skills, including risk and quality management
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Vendor and procurement management experience
  • Ability to produce high-quality written materials and presentations for different audiences
  • In-depth familiarity with security policies based on industry standards and best practices
  • Broad architectural background with full lifecycle experience in delivering IT security solutions
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools, including PM2, PMP, PRINCE2, and ServiceNow
  • Experience in managing cybersecurity projects within EU classified environments
  • Experience supporting the management of resources, budgets, and priorities for cybersecurity-related programmes, projects, and portfolios
