Cyber Security Case Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate security cases related to significant deficiencies identified through penetration testing, offensive security assessments and operational security activities
• Ensure security findings and associated risks are properly analysed, assessed and understood
• Drive remediation activities and follow up on progress until identified risks are appropriately addressed
• Coordinate cooperation between technical teams, Cyber Security, IT Risk Management and other relevant stakeholders
• Facilitate discussions and support decision-making around complex security and risk topics
• Ensure remediation activities are completed within agreed timelines and aligned with the organisation's risk appetite
• Maintain ownership of assigned cases and proactively remove blockers or escalate issues where necessary
• Prepare and deliver clear updates and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Practical experience working with IT infrastructure and Cyber Security
• Experience in IT Risk Management
• Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST and ISO/IEC 27001
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to structure complex or initially unclear topics
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Good presentation skills and the ability to prepare and deliver materials that support and influence stakeholder decisions
• Strong ownership mindset and the ability to independently drive assigned responsibilities
• Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn about new and unfamiliar areas
• Very good spoken and written English
