Cloud Network Security Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage secure network solutions within cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Develop and enforce Cloud Security policies for networking and infrastructure
• Provide expertise in Cloud Networking topologies and services
• Collaborate with teams to define and implement governance for Infrastructure, Networking, and Security
• Advise on Cloud Best Practices and Network Security Best Practices
• Maintain and enhance large-scale solutions on Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Ensure that Cloud environments adhere to security standards, including Zero Trust principles
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Azure ARM to automate cloud infrastructure
• Apply DevOps tools and methodologies such as CI/CD, Git, GitActions
• Work in an Agile team environment, utilizing Jira for task tracking
• Communicate effectively with internal customers, senior leadership, and stakeholders
• Drive change and improvements through effective relationship-building at local, regional, and global levels

Requirements:

• Cloud Firewalls – Web Application and Network, Palo-Alto Firewalls, SDWAN, AWS and Azure Networking (VPC, VNET, Transit Gateway)
• AWS/Azure WAF, AWS/Azure LoadBalancers, Container / Kubernetes Networking concepts
• Strong Knowledge in principles of Cloud Computing (AWS and/or Microsoft Azure)
• Strong Cloud Networking skills with the ability to design and implement complex Cloud Networks
• Strong understanding of Cloud Security and how to ensure Security/Zero Trust is built into Cloud
• Strong skills with IaC tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation and Azure ARM
• Has strong practical experience with DevOps tools and methods, like CI/CD, Git, GitActions, IaC (Terraform)
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
• Working as part of an Agile Team (Squad)
• Good understanding of using Jira for tracking work
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High level of initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, collaboration, and patience
• Ability to successfully and effectively manage multiple projects and deliverables
• Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with senior leadership and stakeholders
• Strong customer orientation towards internal customers
• Ability to successfully implement change through relationships built on a local, regional and global level
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant experience/certifications
• 5 Years Experience in Cloud network / Infrastructure
• English level: B2, C1
