Change Manager

Responsibilities:

Change management for business process and technical changes
Coordinate/facilitate the changes required to be done by the application development teams
Manage the change and release management processes as per the bank's internal processes and guidelines
Coordinate the information sharing and upskilling related activities towards the relevant users

Requirements:

5+ years of change and release management experience
Business analysis and change impact assessment
Banking and z/OS mainframe knowledge/experience
Great communication skills and ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

Experience in Broadcom/CA Technologies tools such as Endevor, Telon, Easytrieve, TPX, CA Spool, and JCL Check
Experience in facilitating information sharing and upskilling related requirements and activities
