Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, pain points, and objectives
• Design and document business processes (current-state and future-state), including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Partner with product and project teams to align process design with system and product capability, without owning the system/technical knowledge itself
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and process/product colleagues to gather requirements and validate process designs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and standardisation
• Clearly communicate process designs, findings, and recommendations to both business and technical audiences
• Support the transition and embedding of new or revised processes into business-as-usual operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business process design (not purely systems/technical analysis)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate business needs clearly for both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with business colleagues, product owners, and project teams
• Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and process design
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables with minimal process-team support
