Technology Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Take End-to-End Accountability for project implementation, from initiation to post-deployment, ensuring seamless execution
• Manage key stakeholders, fostering relationships with internal customers, partners, and suppliers
• Review Business and Functional Requirements Documents prepared by Business Analysts
• Align various Project Management matrices, tools, and training with department expectations
• Ensure project implementation complies with internal policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Provide comprehensive project status updates, highlighting associated risks, issues, and dependencies to governance forums as required
• Demonstrate an aptitude for understanding technology architectures and collaborate with partners for effective solution design
• Assist Global and Regional Leads in preparing materials and presentations for various forums on an ad-hoc basis
• Collaborate with global teams in NJ, Zurich, Poland, Pune, and Singapore

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in IT Project Management
• Hold a PMI or equivalent Project Management certification
• Demonstrate experience in Consumer Banking processes, operations, and products
• Exposure to various SDLC methodologies
• Strong planning and personal organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with offshore teams
• Familiarity with various project management tools such as MS Project, MS SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Ability to thrive in challenging, demanding environments with strict regulatory timelines
• Strong communication skills, enabling clear and concise explanation of business requirements to diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions across business, operations, and technology
• High influential skills with flexibility and a desire to make a significant impact
• Self-motivated and a team player, excelling in a complex, global organization
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
