Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end accountability for determining solutions on assigned projects
• Develop a deep understanding of the architecture to efficiently gather all functional requirements
• Act as a coordinator to bridge the gap between Business, Operations, and Technology teams
• Prepare and maintain business analysis artifacts, including architectural diagrams and Functional Requirement Documents, adhering to internal policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Collaborate with Application Owners for functional requirements reviews
• Assist in project integration and provide support during testing
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting stakeholders throughout the entire software development lifecycle

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analyst position
• Previous experience within the banking industry is essential
• Exposure to various SDLC methodologies
• Excellent Business Analysis skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey business requirements clearly to various stakeholders, including senior-level professionals
• Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between Business, Operations, and Technology
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and SharePoint
• Proficient in preparing Business Analysis artifacts, including architectural and data flow diagrams
• Experience in regulatory project management, with domain knowledge of consumer banking and investment products
• Comfortable working in challenging, demanding environments with strict regulatory timelines
• Self-motivated with strong team collaboration skills, thriving in a complex, global organization
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
