Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Responsibilities:

• As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be tasked with directing the development and implementation of intricate business processes
• This also involves the analysis of business requirements at all stages of development
• You may have the opportunity to lead a team of consultants during projects or design the architecture of ServiceNow solutions

Requirements:

• Outstanding knowledge of NowPlatform architecture with minimum 4 years of experience
• Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation, or maintenance
• Experience in project activities as a Developer
• At least 1 year of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification
• Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
• Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and one or more modules: HRSD, CSM, IRM, ITOM
• Showcased knowledge of Best Practices in Software Development
• Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in English
• German or other European languages would be an advantage but not mandatory
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field or economic field
