Senior Data Steward

Responsibilities:

• Data Dictionary maintenance and enrichment to allow us to control data and metadata (Customer, Prospect, Contact, Product, etc.)
• Mapping the processes, flows and life cycles of data (data lineage) to enable effective day-to-day control
• Helping the business owners of the data to pilot, collect the needs and arbitrate them
• Contribute to the definition of decision-making bodies and participate in them
• Participate in the definition of the general data governance policy (standards and processes for updating enterprise data models, security) and ensure the compliance of data perimeters with this policy
• Not forgetting data quality through the definition and monitoring of data quality indicators (profiling)

Requirements:

•  Minimum 3 years experience in data analysis and modelling, ideally in/for the retail sector
• Methodological knowledge of user requirements, data modelling and management (Datalineage, DataModeling, Mapping, data dictionary, quality controls)
• Knowledge of Master Data (repositories), Big Data and Datawarehouse concepts
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Business Process understanding
• Project management (organize and prioritize)
• Fluent business English written and spoken
• Understanding relational and noSQL database behavior, knowing DQA tool (Attacama) and PowerBI (Microsoft) is a plus
