Reconciliation & Proofing Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support the management and Front to Back reconciliation team, identifying operational risks and proposing process improvements
• Provide value-added perspectives and advice to contribute to the standardization and digitization of the area
• Take responsibility for supporting business teams in the assigned Operations area, resolving complex process problems with an in-depth evaluation of procedures, workflows, and industry standards
• Make substantial contributions to change-the-bank projects, offering advanced-level solutions
• Serve as an analytical and procedural expert, representing a unit or team to support deliverables/initiatives in automation projects
• Escalate control gaps and issues to senior management, aligning with internal principles and organizational values
• Identify control deficiencies and implement appropriate procedures and solutions to mitigate any risk or control losses
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, management, internal/external clients, and stakeholders, seeking to understand their needs and providing solutions
• Persuade and influence others through collaborative communication skills, including negotiation with external parties

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry
• Subject matter expertise in one or more specific skill sets, business areas, or products, such as investment funds, financial assets, asset servicing, or breaks reconciliation
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• Proven record of working on projects within a team environment, including business analysis
• Proactive problem-solving experience
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
• Expertise in Fund Accounting, Reconciliation, or Custody would be an advantage
