Pega Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Implementation Leadership: Spearhead the implementation of the Pega platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality
• Collaborative Guidance: Foster collaboration with other teams by providing essential technical guidance, fostering a cohesive and efficient working environment
• Best Practice Advocacy: Ensure the adoption of industry best practices throughout the application development processes, contributing to elevated standards across the board
• Architectural Oversight: Provide crucial architectural input and guidance, ensuring the technical details of the project align with overarching objectives
• Cross-Functional Contribution: Contribute to the development efforts of other teams, showcasing versatility and expertise across various technical functions
• Quality Assurance: Guarantee the delivery of high-quality results by meticulously quality assuring application configurations
• Technical Troubleshooting: Address and troubleshoot any technical challenges that may arise during the development and implementation phases

Requirements:

• PCSSA certification, with a minimum version of 8.5
• Proven experience leading a Pega development team
• Familiarity and competence in working with deployment manager
• Proficiency in utilizing Predictive Diagnostic Cloud
• In-depth understanding of the Pega platform and its capabilities
• Adept at leveraging low-code/no-code approaches for accelerated time-to-value
• Experience in working with databases, enhancing overall system robustness
• Proven track record in managing complex integrations to streamline processes
• Strong stakeholder management experience, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• A nuanced understanding of business dynamics to align technical solutions with organizational goals
• Excellent collaboration skills, fostering a supportive and efficient working environment
• Capability in enabling and mentoring junior resources for continuous skill development
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
