Junior Risk Analytics Governance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and organisation of regular IMM model related regulatory reporting, including multifunctional internal coordination/ interaction
• Management of regulatory notification of IMM model changes and extensions, to the Regulator, in line with relevant requirements
• Co-ordination of replies to Regulators’ Information Requests, e.g. prior to regulatory visits and production of replies to their formal feedback letters, as required
• Support the implementation of IMM compliant internal model governance framework
• Arranging, coordinating and support running IMM governance forums’ meetings for the review of model performance, IMM model changes and related regulatory questions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in the field of risk, with a particular focus on risk management in the banking sector
• Professional experience in a bank or a consulting firm, specializing in risk management in banking
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and change, specifically those from Basel and relevant local regulatory authorities
• Clear negotiation skills, enabling effective communication with regulators and the ability to engage in discussions with various internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to deal with colleagues at all levels across the firm
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to solve problems independently
• Desired understanding and practical knowledge of credit risk management processes in a regulatory context
