Fund Accounting Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Monitor work activities to guarantee the timeliness and accuracy of fund-related processes, including the calculation of NAV and distribution factors
• Process daily tasks promptly and accurately, serving as an escalation point for inquiries and research
• Review associate work, providing approval for complex transactions and sensitive client matters
• Assist in developing training materials, conduct employee training, and act as an escalation point for further inquiries and research
• Ensure adherence to procedures and controls, maintaining the integrity of the data processing environment
• Support and oversee fraud quality control, encompassing both monetary and non-monetary aspects
• Collaborate with the manager to identify and implement procedural changes, assist in day-to-day team administration, and act as a backup for the manager
• Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in accounting, finance, or a related business field
• Proficiency in fund administration, change management, and/or project management
• Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in the relevant area
• Proficient computer skills, with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Chartered Accountant/CFA/MBA credentials will be advantageous
