Cutover Manager

Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining high quality migration plans (runbook design), as well as cooperating with stakeholders to align on possible technical dependencies with different areas
• Coordinating process with stakeholders to define instructions on how to perform specific activities during deployment or migration
• Change window coordination, represent Program in decision points
• Driving co-existence analysis and alignments with relevant stakeholders to ensure that there are no co-existence risks related Program roll-out/ cutover
• Track requirements and report readiness of the roll-out/ cutover
• Communications within bank on upcoming changes or windows
• Coordinating dress rehearsals on lower environments
• Bridge the gap between Business and Delivery streams
• Facilitating virtual war-rooms for problem-solving
• Be part of the Command Centre during the execution of the code deployment/data migration

 Requirements:

• Experience in complex banking / finance IT systems migrations
• Knowledge of IT & financing industries as a whole
• Top notch coordination & stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, both verbal and in written
