BPA/BPM Architect

Responsibilities:

• Define the principles, methods, tools, and best practices for BPM
• Ensure the consistency and quality of BPM solutions
• Develop the enterprise's business architecture blueprint along with the corresponding value stream process matrix
• Ensure the alignment between business needs, business architecture, and information technology architecture
• Engage in the business process analysis and transformation initiative
• Evaluate the feasibility, risks, and impacts of BPM projects, and provide guidance and support to the BPM teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in more than one business process automation tools Appian / Pipefy / Bizagi / BluePrism / Oracle BPM etc.
• Certified solution architect in the relevant tools
• Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations etc.
• Hands on experience in design and development
• Good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, JS, XML, XSLT etc.
• Multi-hat as a BPM analyst in early days of conversation
• Good communicator and collaborator
• Fluent in English
