A/B Testing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and marketers to identify key areas for optimization and experimentation
• Design A/B and multivariate tests using Optimizely to evaluate hypotheses and drive data-informed decisions
• Develop testing strategies, including defining success metrics, sample sizes, and test durations, to ensure statistically significant results
• Implement experiments across various digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, and email campaigns
• Monitor test performance in real-time, analyze results, and communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
• Continuously iterate on testing methodologies and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of experimentation processes
• Work closely with data analysts to ensure accurate data collection, validation, and interpretation
• Provide recommendations for website and app enhancements based on test results and user feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in A/B testing and optimization techniques

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in similar position
• Real experience in implementation of A/B Testing tools like Optimizely
• Proven experience in performing A/B Tests
• Knowledge of analytical tools and analytics configuration
• Experience in ecommerce
• English level: B2, C1
