Salesforce Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gathering (Salesforce-focused): conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders; document business processes and user stories specifically related to Salesforce
• Process Analysis & Optimization: identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose improvements using Salesforce capabilities
• Solution Design: collaborate closely with Salesforce Admins and Developers to translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Testing & Validation: define and coordinate UAT; develop test cases and validate the implementation against the documented requirements
• Training & Support: prepare end-user documentation, deliver training if needed, and support adoption and incident resolution related to Salesforce features  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects
• Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements (user stories, process flows)
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes using Salesforce features
• English level: C1
• Salesforce certifications- nice to have
