Asset Servicing Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and process positions related to Corporate Action events, including the review of communications, notifications, and transaction postings
• Support a range of products, services, and operational projects in line with established procedures and under general supervision
• Perform routine tasks, data analyses, and reporting activities with moderate complexity, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Identify and propose solutions to reduce operational risk and improve procedural efficiency
• Interpret operational data to support process optimization and potential enhancements to products, services, and platforms
• Monitor and analyze potential errors, support internal audits, and contribute to control improvement initiatives
• Escalate issues or requests in a timely and structured manner
• Develop a strong understanding of financial instruments, corporate action workflows, and industry standards
• Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, adapting to diverse audiences
• Maintain professional integrity and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in financial operations or a similar environment
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of various investment instruments, including equities, fixed income, and asset-backed securities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word; Access is a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
• Very good command of English (oral and written).
• Familiarity with Corporate Actions processing is highly desirable
